He was in Manhattan, NY by 1855, married to a Mary Margaret (LNU) and in that yeat, they became the parents of my grandfather, Samuel Hugh Wilson (1855-1903). He probably passed away between 1895 and 1900. There are just too many people who dhare this name, myself included. I also have another Wilson line in my ancestry, but in Paisley, Scotland. a lady who married a John McNeal there in the mid-1830's, and who was my maternal grandmother's grandmother.
