Not sure when, but approximately in 1700 - 1750. They later settled in North Georgia . We have very little information on that period, John Goolsby had a son named William C. Goolsby. He was born in Oglethorpe County, Georgia. One of boys of William C. Goolsby was named John Lacy Goolsby. John Lacy Goolsby son Raymond, stated that they were from Ulster, Ireland, but that covers a large area, as per the map. Would appreciate any information, that by chance anyone may have.
