Greetings from Michigan: Looking for the Mains family that originally immigrated from Scotland in the late 1700s, 6 brothers this is. Three remained in Ulster the other three immigrated to Canada/USA. My great great grandfather, Robert Mains, is thought to be one of these brothers. He married a Denniston and lived on Grand Island New York until his death in 1838. Any of this sound familiar?? Help Robert Mains
