Hello Ann Thank you for your message. My research on DICKINS has so far resulted in finds only in Bedfordshire ie Dean and Keysoe which are villages within a few miles of each other. My 4x Gt Grandfather was Samuel Dickens. There are more DICKINS families in Risely which is again close to Keysoe and Dean. I have not found any connections to Derbyshire yet. If I happen upon a connection, I will let you know.
