    3. Thanks Maureen. The Vote is running slightly more than 50/50 - but not much interest. I am working to update the page. I hate tons of dead email addresses. I fixed your surnames. This Surname Registry method has brought together 2 complete branches of our Mayo gang in which none of us knew the others existed! 3. I too believe the registry is a great resource. There seems to be more and more folks interested in genealogy. I think the 2 genealogy shows in the US has spurred interest here in the US. "Who Do You Think You Are" is well publicized but I like " Finding Your Roots" on PBS better(less commercials). I may not visit the site everyday but I do like the fact that it's there for references. 2. Although I have not posted my Tippperary info yet, I have for Clare and would hate to see this valuable site fall to the wayside. Thanks Chris for all you're doing to help us novices find our ancestors! 3. Thanks to everyone for your thoughts on the Surname Registry. I have been a little swamped with things (especially headstones) coming in for the IGP Archives. I had a run on new names coming in for the Surname Page and wondered if I should let it go. I have asked a friend who has been a big help on the Longford and Westmeath pages if she could manage the Registry for me. She does that for Westmeath and for Ireland GenWeb. She has agreed to do this for Tipperary so that will be a big help. I have emailed the people from A-K so I could do a cleanup of sorts. That alone took good chunks out of two days. LOL My wonderful buddy's name is Kathy Snowberger. She has actually always been willing to help going back to about 1999 when I took on my first County. When she gets situated, please report emails that bounce. It is the only way to keep the page from getting out of date and frustrating for researchers. Thanks again for all the feedback I have received.
