    1. Will of John Baker.
    2. Mary Heaphy
    3. I found this on the Eppi site under Donations and Bequests. If Mary Butler did decide to go a bit wayward after John died, I'm sure the friends and relatives would try and keep her on the straight and narrow. Mary Will of John Baker, Late of Longford Pass, County Tipperary, Farmer, Deceased. All the rest, residue, and remainder of my freehold and chattel property, of whatever kind soever, I will and bequeath to my beloved wife, Mary Butler, provided she conducts herself in a proper manner. And if she should otherwise behave herself, my will is, that after allowing her the sum of 50£ yearly, during her natural life, the remaining part of my property to be put to charitable uses and purposes, as my executor may think proper. But if she shall conduct herself in a proper manner, my will and wish is, that she the said Mary Butler, shall and may, by her last will and testament, dispose of all said property, freehold and chattel, to her friends and relatives, in such a manner and proportions as she may think fit.
