Hello Janet Lots of Cashins (Cashen) around the Clonmel area. I have a great grandmother from there, Hannah Cashin b about 1864 in Clonmel to James Cashin and Mary Quirk. Hannah married my great grandfather Patrick McManus in North Adelaide South Australia in 1881. Hannah had sister Mary (Mrs Thomas Igoe), Ellen (Mrs Frank Lee), and there was also a brother Patrick. Don't know much else about them. I have Mary Leamy born abt 1820, married Patrick Tobin.
