Mary Kiely was born 28 Nov 1830 (according to her headstone) in Ireland. Her parents are John Keily and Bridget Foley. Mary married Edward Hally baptized 2 Jan 1823 in Newcastle Parish, Co Tipperary. Edward immigrated to the US between 1847 and 1851. Their first child Catherine was born in New York abt 1852. So it is possible that they met and married in NY and not Ireland which means that Mary and her parents could be from one of the other counties in Ireland. All of their other children were born in Wisconsin. Is anyone researching Kiely's or Foley's in Tipperary who might fit this family? Sandra Hawley
