On 14 March 2006, a Buckley relative commissioned a search by TFHR. Having received no word from them confirming receipt of his search request, he subsequently sent two e-mail messages inquiring about the status of his commissioned search, but received no reply to either inquiry. I have commissioned many searches from TFHR via email during the past two years. They have always replied to my initial requests promptly, asking for clarification on any things that were not clear to them. After the initial prompt reply, a request joins the queue. It might take a month or more for the results. My last request to them was on 27 Feb 2006. I received a reply from them the following day, acknowledging receipt of my request and stating there was a 4 to 6 week wait, because they were just beginning their busiest part of the year (March to September). I was therefore very happy to receive an email on 15 March 2006 with the results of their research (as Word attachments). I consider that very prompt indeed! I do not know about any problems that might have arisen since then. However, I can say that all my recent interactions with them have been prompt and courteous.
