    1. Mary CONNORS b. 1825/8
    2. Marion Clare
    3. I am searching for a Mary CONNORS born 1825/8. She married a John JOHNSTON who was a British soldier at the barracks at Templemore from Oct. 1848 - April 1850. I know Mary CONNORS was catholic. Their first child Ann JOHNSTON was born 1849 so they probably married late 1848. I am looking for the marriage details and it is likely that would be the same church as she was baptised. Does anyone know which of these birth details would be the nearest location to Templemore please? I presume in those days people didn't move around too much. I have found several births which would fit. Mary CONNORS Baptism; Killcommon, Tipperary Date 1.5. 1825 Residence: Gannavane Parents: Fergus CONNORS and Margaret RYAN Sponsers: John MURPHY and Bridget MURPHY Mary CONNORS Baptism: Moonkenane Date: 23.4.1826 Parents. Andrew CONNORS and Mary PURCELL Mary CONNORS Baptism. Moonkenane Date: 15.8.1827 Parents: John CONNORS and Margaret KENNEDY Mary CONNORS Born: Ardfinnan, Tipperary Date: 1826 Father: Wm. CONNORS Mother: Mary HOLLY I would be ecstatic with any help please as I live in Canada and Ireland is difficult to research. Thank you in advance. Marion
