Hi John, I only know that the A through L surnames are missing in the FTM CD of Griffith's Valuation (I think the M surnames are actually there) and on websites that took their data from the FTM CD. I would recommend that you use the actual Griffith's Valuation available on microfilm from the FHL, or subscribe to one of the websites offering scanned IMAGES of the actual GV. I know of no Index to the surnames of GV that contains the surnames A through L which are missing in some of the parishes of Co. Tipperary, but that doesn't mean that there aren't any. If you find an index. just check it to see if surnames common to these parishes are present in the index. For example, check Dwyer, Butler, Buckley, Crowe. There are plenty of these surnames in the actual GV for parishes such as Toem. Regards, Phil Buckley
