Gail and Jack, I have Patrick (b. 1835)and Catherine (b. 1841) Kennedy, also from Tipperary, who lived in Manchester, England in the 1860's. Their children were Elizabeth (Ireland 1858), Bridget (Ireland 1859), James (Eng. 1860), John (Eng. 1862), Catherine (Eng. 1864), William (Eng. 1866) and Maria (NYC in 1875) Although Kennedy is a common name, I thought I'd take a chance that something might sound familiar. We too, are searching Kennedy's of Tipperary. Ann Kennedy, daughter of Denis and Mary Kennedy. Ann was born in Tipperary about 1835-36. Her father was a farmer in Tipperary. We believe that she had a sister Margaret who was a witness at her wedding to William Sexton in 1862 in Manchester, England. They moved to the USA in the mid-1880's. That is about all we know of our Kennedy's.
