It appears that my wife's ancestor, Maurice Lonergan, may have had a couple of brothers who went to Austrlia. Here are the brothers: William Lonergan, born ca1822 in Newcastle, Co. Tipperary, Ireland to John and Bridget Lonergan. He married Julia in Newcastle. He went to Australia in 1856. James Lonergan, already in Ipswich, Australia in 1856. See any connections?
