Estelle, in the book of townlands and towns of Ireland there are 2 Kilmaine townlands and 1 town. One townland in King's Co. and one in Mayo. One town in Mayo. None in Tipperary. I'm not 100% sure of this but I think Laois, which borders Tipperary was called Kings County before it became Laois. If that was the case it is possible that part the Parish Kilmaine in Kings County, Parish of Seirkieran, Poor Law Union of Parsonstown could have included Tipperary.
