    3. Sounds like KNOCKALOUGH which is found immediately adjacent to Upperchurch, about 1 or 2 kilometers away. I am currently transcribing some tithe apploments and found two pages labeled 'Knockaboulagh Commons', in the middle of the tithes for the Upperchurch Civil Parish. Another page at the end of the Knockaboulagh tithes says, 'Tithes of Cashel, extract from applotmens Book of Temple......'. I cannot make out the letters after Temple but they look like suhey. I cannot find this townland in the 1851 Townland index. I was thinking that the civil parish might be Templetouhy which has a townland called Boolaree but I might be just over thinking here. Can anyone help me out? I don't want to put the townland in a civil parish where it doesn't belong. Thanks in advance. -- Pat Connors, Sacramento CA http://www.connorsgenealogy.com _______________________________________________________ Griffith's Valuation: http://www.failteromhat.com/griffiths.php ------------------------------- To unsubscribe from the list, please send an email to [email protected] with the word 'unsubscribe' without the quotes in the subject and the body of the message
