Researching John Daniel 1827C married to Alice Roach 1845C. Married in Carrick on Suir 5/7/1875. Unfortunately on the marriage certificate all it states is fathers of both bride and Groom DEAD, and occupations have just a line in it. So no help there. John was a widower when he married Alice, but have no Idea who he married first. Alice and John had at least 1 son, Patrick, born in Carrick on Suir, born 18 February, 1880,( My grandfather.) He married a Mary Corbett, in Waterford on 6 July 1904. They had 10 children, 4 dyeing in infancy, and moved to London about 1918. HE served in France during WW!, and was a POW in Geissen Camp , Germany. He died in London, in 1922.
