Years ago I started an Irish recipe page. I usually suggest people take a look at this time of the year as we are thinking of family and food. My goal was to get recipes as people remembered them from their relatives. Not just something off the web. We will name your recipe after the person who made it if you like. Give me the name. http://www.igp-web.com/longford/recipes/main.htm -- Christina To submit a recipe, use my email below: chrisnina@gmail.com
My Irish relatives came in the 1860s to the US (my dad's side) - no recipes survive! I have to do southern recipes as my mother's family is all from the south since 1686. Talk about a Tennessee baked ham and some greens and Sweet potato pie!! yum!!
