I have just added the index for the Tipperary District of Petty Court Records for the period of April 1, 1855 to July 5, 1855 to the County Tipperary section of my website. So far, I have the years 1851 through July 1855 online. I've just ordered the next film which covers the next few years. What is genealogical about these records is that they show the residence of both the complainant and the defendant that includes both the townland and the civil parish (note spellings of both are transcribed as written in the records and mostly misspelled). -- Pat Connors, Sacramento CA http://www.connorsgenealogy.com

Are there any earlier court records for Tipperary?
