Ellen Its some time since your post but I just checked the rootsireland site http://tipperarynorth.rootsireland.ie/quis.php?page=0&prevStartQuery=0 and there are two baptismal entries for children with surname Talbot and parents Michael Talbot and Margaret Doyle between 1835 and 1845. One of the entries is for a William. You can search this site for free but to view the two records will cost Eu 8. It is possible but not certain this is the family you are looking for.
