Hi List, >From the 1850 PA census, Franklin Co., Antrim Twsp. I have a family from Ireland. I am trying to find out where they migrated from in Ireland. They were Protestant. Hugh CARR M head age 37 1813 born Ireland Sarah CARR F wife age 35 1815 born Ireland (Maiden name McNELLY or McNULTY) James CARR M son age 9 1841 born Ireland Sarah CARR F dau. age 7 1843 born Ireland Elizabeth CARR F dau. age 5 1845 born Ireland Jillian CARR F dau. age 2 1848 born Pennsylvania William CARR M son age 2/12 1850 born Pennsylvania George CARR M brother age 34 1816 born Ireland Elizabeth McNELLY F mother- age 62 1788 born Ireland (McNULTY) in-law >From the above dates it appears that the family left Ireland after the birth of Elizabeth in 1845 and were settled in Pennsylvania before Jillian was born in 1848.
