My Gt grandfather MARTIN SCOTT b: Ireland Abt 1834 and his wife MARY (Melvin or Melville) b: Abt 1836 with their son JOHN SCOTT b: Abt1856 left Ireland for St Helens Lancashire in the late 1850s I have not been able to find which County they came from.
