Cormac came on Rajah-go-Paul in 1852 with wife Ann and children John Ann and Margaret. Ann married James Aslin Ward but died in 1877. John married Bessie McGrath from Irvingstown Fermanagh in 1877 but oldest children were born from 1865 onwards. Cormac appears to have been strict Pres and Bessie a Catholic. Have no info re her entry and d/c wasn't any help either. Would welcome contact with anyone who has families of same name or from same area. Were early pioneers of Sherwood area.
