Hello, Searching for PENELOPE VEASEY/VESEY & PETER HARGADON/HARDIMAN. (married abt. 1825-28) Penelope's mother was BRIDGET VEASEY she married BERNARD HIGGINS. Penelope & Peter's daughter (just one of several children) was baptised in Athlone, Ireland 1840, St. Peter's & Paul's..MARGARET HARDIMAN. The sponsors; Bernard HIGGINS & Sara CRUISE. Other names in this line; MULRENIN..apparently Penelope's grandfather. Penelope and Peter died during the P. Famine..and their sister Mary Hardiman MAGUIRE...brought the family to America. Mary's brothers were; PETER, PATRICK, JOHN. Peter settled in Virginia...as did John. Patrick married HARRIET HARRIS in Wilkes Co.Georgia. 1875. Bridget & Bernard HIGGINS settled in Dane Co.
