I am new to this list and thought I'd post my interest. I am descended from Thomas Ferguson, b. 25 May 1831. He migrated to Boston area (via New York) in 1847 and died 11 Oct 1883. His parents were Michael & Margaret. Thomas married Hannah Dolan on 3 Sep 1853. She died 18 Sep 1892.. Thomas and Hannah had 9 children between 1855 and 1874: Michael, Thomas, Walter, Margaret, Catherine, Hannah, Mary Ann, Edward, George and Leonard ... mostly in the Boston and Quincy area.
