I write further to my recent request for information and specifically in response to the response from Dave Larkin. If we turn to Daniel RUCKLE, who was born in 1730 and who married Barbara (Born ABT 1734) we see that they had a daughter Mary, born in Ireland in 1781 and married there about 1802 to a Joseph SWITZER (Although I believe that the names Joseph and Jacob were interchangeable). They had a son Benjamin. Incidentally, you mention an attribution by Walter Ruttle. Walter is my wife's step brother and he continues to live in the Ballingrane area.
