These things don't just happen without a lot of time and commitment. The Irish Palatine Association's prime focus is on keeping the museum open, and every so often someone finds the extra energy to organise something. I'm sure there will be an event or two in Rathkeale before 2009, but for the time being the focus is on the Pfalz Tour 2004.
