    3. Hi Carole I have been researching my husband's PIPER line, initially for a Piper family reunion which was held here in Australia last year. However, I did not attempt to trace the family of Jacob and Christiana Piper as they were not on a direct line of ancestry for my husband's family. Like Terry Pyper I would like to see a Piper tree constructed of all Palatine Pipers but unfortunately I don't have the time or resources to do it at the moment, and my location in Australia doesn't help! I forwarded Judy the family trees I had constructed for the reunion for her to use on her Piper page if she was so inclined, however I did not have any information on the Jacob/Christiana line so am not the source. There was some Piper information already on the page and perhaps Judy obtained it from another contributor. I did stress to Judy at the time of sending these trees through that the first page of the family tree (from Hans Pfeiffer through to his great grandchildren (through his son John and grandson George) was only the most probable line of ancestry for my husband's great x3 grandfather as the proof just didn't exist. I constructed it using the limited official records available and the most obvious connections and/or hints (much as Terry Pyper did in his response to you) and as such it cannot be said to be completely accurate. The line from this ancestor's children (descendants of John Piper and Frances Long) is much more reliable (though we cannot be 100% sure at any time, can we?) I'm sorry I can't give you more information on your Elizabeth Piper but would certainly be interested in hearing should you find a definite connection.
