Hi Everyone, I am descended from Doupes on my mother's side but not on my father's side. My grandfather (dad's father) used to get a kick out of saying something like, "Ah yes, she's a Doupe isn't she? Yes, she's a Doupe." He would of course pronounce Doupe correctly as "dope" and then chuckle away quite impressed by his wit :-) :-) Hope everyone is doing well.
