I am reading the book""The Bittinger, Bittner, Biddinger, and Bidinger Families --and Their Kin--of Garrett County, Maryland" by Waylne Bittinger at this time. It mentions a lot of Starks and Ruckles, Switzers etc. It is an 835 page book full of information. I am researching Henry Ruckle and Catherine Stark family at the present time. They are a part of the hugh Ruckle family that I belong to. There were also other Ruckle families living in the area of Western Maryland at the same time. (Henry's brother, Michael Ruckle who married Keziah Friend and his Uncle David Ruckle and several others.) Daniel Ruckle was there also. I think Daniel was one of David's sons. If you would like for me to look up anything in this book or have any questions on the Ruckle family I would be more than glad to answer as best as I could.
