The Irish Palatine Association, based in Rathkeale, has a website at www.erin.ie/ipa As a committee member, I am responsible for getting it updated. I apologise that it is not yet all it should be - we rely on the generosity of a professional internet company who have been too busy recently. However, I hope it may prove of interest. The Association tries to provide a focus for IP families, and operates a museum in Rathkeale. Having organised group tours in the past to Ireland and the Palatinate, we are intending to organise a return to the Pfalz in 2004 and perhaps a bigger event to celebrate the 300th anniversary. I have volunteered to lead the organisation of the 2004 event. Willing volunteers and ideas for 2009 are always welcome.
