I would be interested in knowing more about two of my ancestors who I believe might be from this area. Great grandfather, Micheal McCabe (Father=Francis), emigrated to NYC circa 1870. He married a Sarah Nixon (daughter of James Nixon and Jane Jones) not long after his arrival. Thinking it's possible that they could have known each other while living in Ireland. One Protestant, one Catholic. I don't know of any WRIGHT family connection.
