    3. Please, anyone with info on this, please answer this on the list because, I too, am interested in McEntees. Mine emigrated to New York State (Albany/Troy area) in the late 1840s. In one census, they stated they had 16 children but I have only been able to locate 7, some may have stayed in Ireland or located in other areas of New York State. Before NY, I believe they were relocated to County Mayo during the Cromwell era but originally were from County Monaghan. > I see that in Tydavnet Old Graveyard in plot number 4 there appears the name McEntee in the year 1794. I am a descendant of James and Lucy McEntee. James was born in the 1790s and died in 1877 in Monaghan Town. How can I find out the names and dates of the McEntees in the graveyard in order to try to determine if the parents or grandparents of James McEntee are buried there. Are photos available from some source? Thank you. > -- Pat Connors, Sacramento, CA http://www.connorsgenealogy.com
