Thank you so much. It is difficult to clarify any info when you live in OZ, the LDS have not had access to the RC parish registers and a trip to Ireland is impossible for a year or two. These Shorts are bound to be related and as each piece of info is collected the peices in the puzzel will hopefully fit together eventually. Francis is probably related to my John married to Elizabeth ? Their son John also emmigrated to OZ in 1863.
