Dear Listers, I am looking for any information on the above couple's parents. They lived in Monaghan (though Edward was born in Tyrone, Sarah in Monaghan) and their first child (William John) was born on 31 December, 1855, and baptised on 3 February 1856 in the Parish of Monaghan. They were protestants and Edward was a carpenter. They must have left for England almost immediately following the baptism, as they arrived in Australia at Moreton Bay (Queensland) on the 'Persia' on 20 June 1856.
