    3. I used a site http://www.seanruad.com, which is a searchable database of Irish townlands to find two Mullan townlands in the parishes of Errigal Trough and Tullycorbet, and there is a Mullans in Clontibret parish. Any help? Also - Coma?nne sounds a bit like the name 'Cremorne' - one of the baronies of Co.Monaghan. Alternatively, could the two names in brackets be not place names at all but the surnames of two witnesses to the marriages? (A guess, I'm no expert!) Best wishes, David O'Daly. >From: PJClerkin <patrick.clerkin@virgin.net> >Reply-To: patrick.clerkin@virgin.net >To: IRL-MONAGHAN-L@rootsweb.com >Subject: Re: WHERE ARE MULLIN AND COMA?NNE. >Date: Thu, 09 Mar 2000 23:18:59 +0000 > >I do not know about Comanne? but there is a Mullan village in North Co >Monaghan.
