There is an index to nation wide births for the year you want. Just look up the birth in the index (you can get the microfilm at your local Morman FHC). It is will give you a volume and page number. Then order the film with that volume for births, and you have all the info you wanted on the parents. If you want baptismal info then you need to contact the church they would have attended in Clontibret parish, but the national register of births will give more info.
