I am trying to locate Catholic church record in Ireland for the Mcquades. Can anyone tell me how to go about this?

I have just spent the evening looking at http://wwwvms.utexas.edu/~jdana/irehist.html.......I am cleaning up old files and don't know when or where I got this but it has an amazing amount of Irish 'stuff'.....take a peek.
