List: I found a notice in the local Sacramento, California newspaper, for the following marriage: In Dublin, Ireland, March 10, 1864, George FAULKNER of Oroville, California to Catherine Sarah JOHNSON, of Millmore House, county of Monaghan, Ireland (the FAULKNERs were also of county Monaghan before emigrating to the US; the parents and probably some siblings stayed behind). Is anyone researching FAULKNER or JOHNSON lines in county Monaghan? If so, I would appreciate any assistance you can offer.
