Have you gotten the marriage record from the civil registry? They are indexed each year and available on microfilm from LDS. Once you have the liber and page you can get the actual record which will include spouses ages, number of marriage, occupation, townland, father's name, father's occupation as well as church and type of service and person performing the marriage.
