Hi would anyone know if court records are available for Monaghan for the year 1831. I am looking for information on the trial of a William Elsby Johnston alias Helsby tried on the 12th march 1831 and transported to New South Wales Aust in 1832 on the ship Captain Cook which sailed from Dublin.
