I just found a marriage notice for George FAULKNER and Catherine Sarah, youngest daughter of the late Captain JOHNSTON of the 83d Regiment, and of Milmore House, Co. Monaghan. Can anyone provide me with some details on the 83d Regiment, please (and, of course, any mention of this Captain JOHNSTON). The wedding took place in Dublin, 10 Mar 1864.
