Hi Sandy, If you go to: http://www.seanruad.com/ and type in Emyvale, it will come up with: Town of Emyvale, AKA Scarnageeragh; 119 acres; County Monaghan; Barony: Trough; Parish: Donagh; Poor Law Union: Monaghan; Province: Ulster. There is also a book (No longer in print) that is in some LDS Family History Centers entitled: _ A Topographical Index of the Parishes and Tonwlands of Ireland in Sir William Petty's Mss. Barony Maps_ by Y.M. Goblet which gives the exact same information. Maybe this book is on CD, I don't know.
