Hi Listers I am looking for information on the families of Hugh SHERRY and Lucy McARDLE who married in Castleblaney Muckno Co Monahaghn Ireland in 1848. Their daughter Sarah SHERRY came to New Zealand as a single girl in 1879 where she married and raised a family. On the Church marriage record online there is no mention of the parents of Hugh OR Lucy and I was wondering where I might find that information. According to the Church record Hugh was from Donaghmoyne and Lucy from Muckno. The Griffith Valuation shows a Hugh Sherry in Drumganus Lower and Kilmurray and I wonder if this is him? The Griffiths also shows an Edward, Patrick, and James McArdle at Castleblaney. thanks Patsy
