We have had a bad spate of these hacked emails on Rootsweb lately. They seem to come in spurts. The ones you see on the list, get through because they are "sent" from a subscribed email address. To prevent becoming hacked yourself, never click a link unless you know what the link is supposed to be. That includes emails from good friends. Just delete anything you have doubts about. Spammers expect human nature will cause us to click on links out of curiosity. Make sure your anti virus program and anti Malware program (if you have one) are up to date.
