    3. Diane, I'm aware of that, figured that later at the actual wedding everybody came. This shows at the bottom of the form "Banns dispensed", and lists two witnesses. At the top name of Husband and Wife, the address Errigal Truagh. Then spaces for, Denomination Occupation Age Status Then the same for the parents of each, but all blank.
