Hi Fay, My ggrandmother Jane McDermott was born in Kells in Sept. 1864. Her parents names were. Matthew McDermott and Bridget Tully. She was 1 of 15 children. Her siblings names were. John Mary Anne Catherine Jane (my ggrandmother) Bridget Patrick Francis Another Mary &Joseph (twins) Matthew Josephine Elizabeth&Rose (twins) Teresa My ggrandmother Jane immigrated to America in 1888 and married my ggrandfather Peter Callaghan in Phila.
