I am looking for baptism or birth record of Francis Smith b 3 Dec 1825 Co. Meath and died 1891 Stillwater, Washington Co., MN. He probably immigrated thru New York since he seems to have married there, but settled in Wisconsin. I know nothing of his life in Ireland. How can I find out.? Any help appreciated. JoAnn
