    3. In your Oldcastle research, Carol, have you ever come across a McGaughran family? I'm looking for Mary McGaughran. I have a bible record claiming she came from there. Her birth is 1835'ish. She would have immigrated to here, in the US, prior to 1859. 3. Hello: My name is James P. Barnaby, Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canad I saw the mention of Anne Sheridan....I have a Sheridan line from Co. Meath and was wondering if you could tell me Anne Sheridan's parents or any siblings. My ggg grand-father was John Sheridan who was born in Co.Meath Ireland in 1800.....I know whom he married and that he arrives in Halifax with his wife and first 3 children around 1836.....there were 11 children in all but the others were all born here in Nova Scotia. Just curious as to the Sheridan connection and Co. Meath. Thanks for taking the time to read this. James P.
