Rooghan is a townland in Rathreagh parish (or perhaps it was, as it doesn't show up in Google Maps), and Rathreagh is on the east side of Kilfian parish. If no one on the list can give you a precise location, you might go to mayolibrary.ie and do a search for Rooghan. You'll need an SVG Viewer plug-in from Adobe to view (or you might try e-mailing the library and asking for help). Diane
