That record you cite is the one for the Patrick I am trying to trace. He was the son of Ann Jeffers & Peter Griffin. There are living Griffin relatives (step-brethren)in Ireland in Gorteenmore area. They do not have any details of the Jeffers' Griffins except to indicate all members of the Jeffers/Griffin family emigrated to America. I have found a number of cousin descendants but we have a few lost sheep like Patrick. Nevertheless thanks for your good advice!
